Thomas Loughlin grew up on Long Island and knew from a young age that living in the city was his destiny. Having attended culinary school and trained in some of the most respected kitchens in France, it was only natural that he would one day create his own business in the food and beverage world. Humbly nominated as “caterer of the year” by bizbash media.
“What a great career, to be able to celebrate life with your clients, whether it be introducing a great new product, a celebration of marriage or sharing dinner with those you love. To be able to be a part of that is enriching. I don’t know what else I’d rather do.”
Billy Dove moved to New York in 1988 and interviewed with the legendary Steve Rubell and Ian Schrager of Studio 54 fame on his third day in the city (Rubell hired him on one condition – “don’t lose that Oklahoma accent”!). While working for Morgans Hotel Group, Billy learned how to care for his guests’ every demand with flair, confidence and a midwestern charm. Dove’s hospitality experience gradually parlayed into serving as a major duomo for some of the New York City’s most discerning clients. “I have always felt a great gratification watching the client’s face when they walk into the event space and see their dream come to life”.
